Clinic Director
Mallory Clark Clinic Director/Physical Therapist Assistant
Special Certifications or Interests in Physical Therapy: I enjoy working with both the lumbar and cervical spine. Many of the patients I treat have chronic conditions in these areas, and I love being able to educate them on the various conditions. I have a passion for showing people that you can move and enjoy life while managing pain/discomfort.
Education with Dates: Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation with a minor in Neuroscience from Armstrong Atlantic State 2013; Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant 2017
Hometown: Brunswick, Georgia
Career History:I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of GA and FL. . I worked for a private local orthopedic surgeon during my first year out of school. I have always been in the outpatient physical therapy setting.
How long have you been with Advance Rehabilitation?I started with Advance as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019, and prior to me finishing school I worked with Advance as a rehabilitation aide for 3 years.
Hobbies/Interests: I really enjoy being on the beach, or being outdoors in general. Academically, I enjoy having interns and students so that we can hopefully instill a strong passion for patient care and develop well rounded future clinicians.
Tell us about your family: My husband and I have two sons, who are blessings to our family. We have a 3 year old son, Barrett, who is a true blessing to our family. Our extended family gets together every Sunday afternoon for Sunday dinner. We have a large wonderful family on both sides and for that we are very grateful.
Your “WHY” (why you personally choose this field of work): I strive to make a difference in someone’s life. Not only physically but mentally and emotionally. You never know what people are going through, so spending extra time with a person in order to connect goes a long way. I want the patients to know that I will truly listen to them and their concerns. I wake up everyday to treat patients of all walks of life in order to meet their needs and provide the best, most cost effective quality of care that I can give.
