Shannon Loy, PT, MPT, earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and has been dedicated to advancing patient care ever since. In 2004, he opened Advance Rehabilitation of Adairsville, establishing a trusted presence in the community. He achieved Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2010, further solidifying his expertise.

Shannon holds multiple advanced certifications, including Dry Needling, Champion Performance Specialist, and Certified Arm Care Specialist. He is also a Certified Clinical Instructor, a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, and has specialized training in Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Passionate about education and mentorship, he has served as a mentor for the Mercer Residency Program and co-developed the PTAG-approved course “Balance, Falls, and Gait: Practical Solutions for Falls in an Outpatient Orthopedic Setting.”
