Eric Kubatzke- Clinic Director over Fernandina and Yulee clinic

Originally from Geneseo, IL, but went to grad school in Miami FL.  While interviewing at graduate schools I interviewed at St. Augustine, FL and loved North Florida so moved to Nassau County after graduation. I’ve been working at Advance Rehabilitation beginning February 19, 2001.  I have worked with Advance Rehabilitation since graduation and became a clinic director in July 2001 at Folkston clinic and then took over as director, when Fernandina Beach clinic opened in August 2004. Then, took over director for the Yulee clinic in May 2022. My hobbies include fishing, hiking, exercising, spending time with my family. I am currently the head wrestling coach at Fernandina Beach High school where I coach my 2 boys. I’ve been married to my wife, Stormy since July 11, 1998.  She is a registered nurse with her BSN.  She currently works as a personal trainer and does post rehab as an independent contractor for Peak Performance located in the Yulee and Fernandina clinics. We have 3 children Caden (18 y/o boy), Cael (16 y/o boy twin) and Reese (16 y/o girl twin).  Cael wrestles and plays lacrosse.  Caden wrestles and my daughter Reese plays volleyball.
